Job Description Principal Technical Learning & Development will work as part of the TSPD Operations team to identify, build, align, integrate and execute technical skills programs in support of our tech stack strategy Responsibilities: Act as technical training expert to work with subject matter experts to develop the end-to-end technical training plan for TSPD employees. This includes building curriculum that differentiates in both content and delivery method according to core business needs and levels, while emphasizing core capabilities, competencies and behaviors required across the enterprise. Responsible for identifying, evaluating and selecting training delivery methods and resources such as external vendors or web-based training portals. Job Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proven track record of designing and delivering training programs, consulting with key stakeholders to assess needs and offer recommendations and solutions to their challenges and facilitating team performance improvement and change initiatives Expertise in assessment of training needs using best-practice methods and tools, knowledgeable about instructional design methodology and application for effective adult learning Some familiarity with HR systems, including talent and learning management systems Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues, can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast paced environment Strong client-service and results orientation, strategic/ technical expert Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Master’s strongly preferred Formal coaching education and experience preferred Experience in project management preferred Why it is worth working with us?
